Instructions For Regular Mail
If sending your images on a CD
1. Enclose the completed Entry Form and the CD
2. Enclose a check payable to Creative Computer Services for the correct entry fee or use PayPal
3. Make sure that your images are in JPEG (.jpg extension) format
4. Make sure that your images are titled and/or numbered properly on the CD so there will be no confusion as to which image goes with which entry. Check to make sure that your images are of high-quality and are not too small so that the juror will have no difficulty in viewing your work at its best advantage
5. Send a check for the required entry fee. Make the check payable to Creative Computer Services or use PayPalSend your entries to:

You, the artist, retain copyright to any and all images submitted. By submitting images, either online or in the mail, you thereby attest that all works entered have been created solely by you.
