This section of the Artist Colony website is devoted to artists
who enjoy creating art experimentally, spontaneously and using their
intuitive nature. See The New Creative Artist by Nita Leland
to understand that this does not limit the artist to painting only
but to all forms of creative endeavor. Most of the artists included
are those who are eager to create artworks that fall “outside the
box.” The artists included in this section were formerly members of the Experimental Artists of Alabama which later became Experimental Artists of America. This organization is no longer in existence. Some former members are not included because he/she had no images of artwork to be included and because some do not use computers.
