Barbara was a founding member of Gallery 21 at 1013 Main in Vancouver, WA, which closed July of 2009, after 21 years in Vancouver, WA. She has won numerous awards in local, regional, national and international exhibits. She is a signature member of the Northwest Watercolor Society, the San Diego Watercolor Society, Red River Watercolor Society, and the Montana Watercolor Society. She has been an active member of the Southwest Washington Watercolor Society for twenty some years. She has taught watercolors through the school and different art organizations. She presently gives classes in her studio.
